Self-Care Sundays
Overview: Promote the importance of self-care among mums with a day dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth.
Activities: Self-care stations (e.g., DIY facials, aromatherapy), workshops on child development, parenting strategies and setting boundaries, and sessions on journaling and other self-reflection exercises.
